How does this work:
If you are local to the Raleigh / Durham area (aka within 30 miles of my home) I will come to your home and pick up your items from you. If you are not in my local area you are welcome to ship your items to me. Please be aware I only handle items with a estimated sale value of more then $100.00 or lower valued items being sold in large quantities. At the time of pick up a $20.00 per item deposit is due (for low value items being sold in quantities the fee is $10 plus $1 for each item after the first). This fee is used to cover our initial cost and listing fees. This is a non-refundable deposit and applies even if your item does not sell. You can pay this fee via cash, paypal or credit card.

Once we have collected your item(s) from you will will photograph it and post it to eBay for sale with in three (3) business days. Your item will be posted with an opening bid of $1.00 and listed for a seven (7) day period. Traditionally we do not set reserves on items, but this can be done as well as Buy It No Options, these options do involve additional listing fees. This ensures the highest likelihood of a successful sale and attracts more bidders to the auction. When your item is listed we will email you with a URL for the auction so you can follow the progress of the auction.

Once your auction has completed with a successful sale, we will collect payment from the buyer and handle all the shipping and packaging of your your item. Your item will be mailed to the buyer with in five (5) business days of the auctions completion.

Once the buyer has confirmed there satisfaction with the purchase by leaving positive feedback we will provide you will the proceeds of the auction minus our service charge, ebay fees and payment processing fees.

How Much Does It Cost:
I am not in this to get rich, in fact my fees are on average 10% lower then other Trading Assistants in my area. I do this to make a little bit of extra money to buy my daughter little extras I would not otherwise be able to afford.

Initially you will be charged a deposit of $20.00 as noted above. This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited towards your final charges. For every auction I list I require a 1% donation of the final sale amount be donated to a non-profit organization, you can select the organization or we will select one from the organizations we support. Additionally I will also collect 9% of the final sale amount for our services. In addition to the cost of my services you will also be responsible for any fees for payment processing and auction listing fees. Payment processing and ebay fees is normally around 13%. Overall you can expect to see just above 75% of the final sale price.
