Like it or not the new Facebook timeline is here to stay, not only for individuals but also for fan pages. Even though we all know how important Facebook is, in the world of social media everyday I am still encountering pages that the administrators have yet to update there pages for proper timeline optimization. Psssssss if you haven’t done it yet because you don’t have time then hire someone to manage your page for you or simply don’t have one. Social media is big business these days, and like it or not most business’s really should have someone who’s primary job focus is handling social media. Having a page that is out of date often does more damage to your name then not having one at at all.
If the problem is you simply don’t know the right dimensions to use well then have no fear you can download the template at the bottom of this page. Before you get started working on your cover image lets cover some basic guidelines and rules for your creation process.
FaceBook Pages Terms of Service
The below is copied from the FaceBook terms of service for fan pages. Remember that violations of these guidelines may result in your Fan Page being deleted without warning by FaceBook.
